At StudMounts, we take great care in packaging and shipping each piece of artwork to ensure it arrives safely and in pristine condition.
Processing Time
At time of order an estimated delivery will be given based on work load and project complexity.
Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional time. You will be notified and updated on estimated shipping date .
Packaging
Delicate artworks are carefully wrapped with protective materials and secured in sturdy boxes or crates, depending on size and fragility.
We may use specialty packaging (including custom foam or double boxing) for original works or high-value items.
Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Large or valuable pieces may be shipped using art handling or freight services. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Transit time may vary due to customs processing and carrier services.
Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with you to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
